Meet Rachel - Founder of Blossom Leaf Wellbeing

Holistic & Beauty Therapist | Educator | Assessor | IQA | Aromatherapy Specialist

Hi, I’m Rachel, founder of Blossom Leaf Wellbeing.

With more than 24 years’ experience in the beauty and holistic therapy industry, my work has always been centred around helping people feel better - whether that’s through a deeply relaxing treatment, supporting their skin and wellbeing, or giving another therapist the knowledge and confidence to develop their career.

I’m a qualified holistic and beauty therapist, educator, assessor and IQA, with particular passion for aromatherapy, essential oils and creating treatments that are genuinely tailored to the individual.

Today, Blossom Leaf brings those different parts of my experience together in one welcoming studio in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, offering professional treatments, beauty and holistic therapy training and thoughtfully formulated aromatherapy products.

Why I created Blossom Leaf

Blossom Leaf grew from both my professional experience and my own understanding of how easy it is to become overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life.

Having experienced periods of stress and burnout myself, I became even more aware of how important it is to have time and space where we don’t have to be constantly achieving, rushing or looking after everyone else.

I wanted Blossom Leaf to feel different - professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, personal and welcoming.

Whether you come through the door for beauty or holistic treatments, or joining me to learn a new skill, I want you to feel comfortable, supported and genuinely looked after.

Highly trained and with over 24 years experience in providing holistic treatments, an expert in aromatherapy and essential oils.

Experience & Professional Training

Over more than two decades in the industry, I have continued to develop my knowledge across holistic therapies, beauty, advanced skin treatments, aromatherapy and education.

Alongside working with clients, I am an experienced educator, assessor and IQA, delivering both accredited CPD training and regulated qualifications.

I believe good training should be supportive, practical and confidence building. My aim isn’t simply to help students complete a course - it’s to help the understand what they’re doing, why they’re doing it and feel confident taking those skills into their own treatment room.
